Guardian Bell Fleet does more than protect: it helps you run your fleet smarter.
Journey Reporting: Analyse travel patterns, optimise routes, and reduce idle time to improve fuel efficiency.
Vehicle Utilisation: Identify how often vehicles are used to balance workloads and eliminate unnecessary mileage.
Driver Behaviour: Monitor driving habits to promote safety, reduce wear and tear, and lower insurance costs.
Point of Interest Alerts: Stay informed about vehicle activity at key locations, such as deliveries, depots, or restricted zones.
With these insights our powerful fleet management platform can help fleet managers to make data-driven decisions that improve performance, reduce downtime, and extend vehicle lifespan.
Guardian Bell’s fleet management platform brings together security and operational control. For fleet operators opting to include our Thatcham approved theft monitoring solution, if a tracking unit detects tampering, unauthorised movement, or battery disconnection, an alert is instantly raised at our 24/7/365 UK-based monitoring centre, who will contact the vehicle user to verify the event.
Once the potential theft is verified, the user needs to inform the police and obtain a Crime Reference Number. From that point on, our team works directly with law enforcement, supplying live location data and guiding recovery officers to the vehicle’s location. The fleet operator will receive regular updates until the asset is recovered and secured.
Beyond theft prevention, the system also acts as a powerful fleet management tool, offering insights into journey efficiency, driving patterns, and overall fleet performance — helping to reduce costs, improve productivity, and support drivers.
