It’s time to head to Africa! I’m fully signed on and ready to race. We now have two days on the ferry and will arrive 6am 2nd of January to Nador, Morocco. Shortly after I’ll be off the start line for day one racing 597km of Morocco mayhem!
My emotions have been all over the place. A few tears questioning myself and self-doubt but overall, I am now feeling pumped and ready.
I’ve trained hard for this, I’m the fittest I’ve ever been, I’ve got the navigation, I’ve got the riding skills, I’m semi-confident in my ability to manage my pain, and I’ve got the best team I could wish for supporting me!
