If the tracker detects tampering, unauthorised movement, or a battery disconnect, an alert is raised, and our monitoring centre contacts the client. Once theft is confirmed, the client must inform the police, obtain a Crime Reference Number (CRN), and provide this to Guardian Bell.
Our team then works directly with the police, supplying live location data. Recovery teams are updated, officers are guided to the vehicle’s location, and the employer receives updates throughout until the car is secured.
